Last week, the governments of the United States and Cuba reached an agreement that could allow scheduled commercial airline service to resume between the two countries for the first time in decades. Since then, several airlines have expressed interest in resuming flights to the island nation.

Delta and KLM partner with India's Jet Airways

Delta Air Lines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines yesterday announced a new codeshare agreement with India's Jet Airways. The agreement takes effect March 27, 2016 and includes new Jet Airways flights between Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport and the Indian subcontinent. Delta and KLM will offer codeshares to and within India on Jet Airways-operated flights while Jet will offer codeshares to North America and within Europe on Delta and KLM flights.
